Many boxing fans are worried that the Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk fight will ‘never happen’ after it was postponed.
The heavyweight unification bout was supposed to take place on February 17, but it has now been delayed.
The delay comes after Fury suffered a serious cut during sparring.
Fury’s wound needs considerable attention, with The Telegraph states that it needs 15 stitches.
After it was announced that the fight would be delayed, Fury expressed his frustration with the situation.

Fury said in a statement: ‘I am absolutely devastated after preparing for this fight for so long and being in such excellent condition.
‘I feel bad for everyone involved in this huge event and I will work diligently on the rescheduled date once the eye is healed.
“I can only apologize to everyone affected, including my own team, Team Usyk, the undercard fighters, partners and supporters as well as our hosts and my friends in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
Now fans believe they will never get to see Fury and Usyk in the ring.

One fan expressed hope that the postponement of Fury v Usyk would lead to Fury taking on Anthony Joshua.
