It’s been a busy morning for Queensland paramedics after they were called to a spate of crashes across the state’s south-east.

These include a serious crash involving a car and truck in Mount Tamborine in the Gold Coast hinterland.

One of the injured occupants was trapped in the wreckage and had to be freed by firefighters.

Two patients were transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital.

One is in a stable condition while the other is in a serious but stable condition.
