Is NOTHING sacred? Moment eco-morons splash soup on the Mona Lisa at the Louvre in Paris in latest infuriating climate stunt

Eco-morons poured soup over the Mona Lisa at the Louvre in Paris today in their latest angry climate stunt.

Two eco-clowns this morning threw cans of what looked like tomato soup at the bulletproof glass that protects Leonard da Vinci’s famous painting.

The duo then climb under the barrier into the museum and stand in front of the splattered artwork.

One of the activists then takes off her jacket to reveal a white T-shirt with the eco group ‘Riposte Alimentaire’ written in black capital letters.

The eco-mob is part of what they describe themselves as the A22 network movement of protest groups in 12 countries around the world – which includes Just Stop Oil in the UK.

The two protesters are demanding the right to ‘healthy and sustainable food’, an AFP journalist said.

It is the latest attack on the masterpiece in the French capital’s Louvre museum, after someone threw a custard pie at it in May 2022, but its thick glass casing ensured it was unharmed.
