Toddler fighting for life after horrific smash between a truck and two cars at Palgarup on South-Western Highway
A toddler is fighting for his life after a horrific accident between two cars and a truck.
The collision happened at around 07:45 on Tuesday near the intersection of the South Western Highway and Babarrup Road in Pagarup, in southwest Western Australia.
The three-year-old boy was critically injured in the crash and airlifted to Perth Children’s Hospital.
He remains in critical condition in hospital.

A 30-year-old woman also suffered minor injuries in the accident and was treated at the scene.
A spokesperson for WA Police confirmed the major crash unit was investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
The accident caused traffic on the highway to come to a standstill for several hours in both directions as the helicopter needed space to land.
